what is the difference between DC and CC aluminum circles

 CC and DC 1050 1060 1100 3003 aluminum circles are used to make cookware like cooking pans, saucepans, pots, pressures, non stick pots and so on. Mintai aluminum can produce 0.4-6.0mm thick, diameter 105-920mm aluminum circle products of 1000 series, 3000 series and 5000 series, the alloys are mainly 1050 1060 1100 3003 3004 3005 and 5052, the temper is mainly O(soft) for further processing into kitchen utensils.

Casting rolling (CC) and hot-rolled (DC) are different in performance, the cast-rolled aluminum discs have poor deep drawability compared to hot-rolled aluminum discs and are rarely used for deep drawing.

The high quality aluminum circles are mainly hot-rolled products, after anodized without color difference, has strong extended performance, can be applied to subsequent processes of stretching, deep drawing, spinning, oxidation, etc.

The process technology of aluminum circles are dc and cc, while for making deep drawing cookware, we suggest to use DC aluminum circle for cooking utensils. For processing ordinary cook utensils, the CC aluminum circle is suitable, and the price of CC aluminum circles is lower than that of DC aluminum circle discs. Generally there are two kinds of die casting pots and stretching pots. The advantage of the die-casting pot is that it is more evenly heated and the body of the pot is stronger. The wall of the stretching pot is thinner, lighter and cheaper. The disadvantage is that the heat is uneven and easily deformed.
