Aluminum Alloy 2A04 Performance

 

Features and Scope:

 

Alloy rivets. With high shear strength and heat resistance, pressure processing performance and cutting performance and corrosion resistance are the same and 2A12. 2A12 intergranular corrosion tendency smaller than that formed in the 150 ~ 250 ℃; heat strengthened, annealed and riveting (within 2 ~ 6h, according to the size of the rivet diameter) just under quenched state.

 

Mechanical properties:

 

Shear strength τ (MPa): ≥275

 

Note: After the wire solution heat treatment to natural aging state shear stable performance

 

Sample size: wire diameter ≤6.0

 

Heat treatment:

 

1) Rapid thermal annealing: heating 350 ~ 370 ℃; with the effective thickness of the material is different, holding time 30 ~ 120min; air or water cooling.

 

2) Quenching and aging: hardening 500 ~ 510 ℃, air-cooled; natural aging room 120h.

 

Status: rivet aluminum and aluminum alloy wire (≤6.0mm, T4 state)
